Creamy Coriander Sauce with Crispy Fried Chicken! You will always be wanting for more ❤️❤️
Here’s the recipe –
500gms Chicken Thigh Pieces
3 Tbsp Cornflour
3 Tbsp All Purpose Flour
1 Tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
Salt
1 Egg
1/2 Tsp Black Pepper Powder
Mix this, Set aside for 15 mins then fry in hot oil till crispy and golden brown.
Now, In a wok, Add
1 Tbsp Oil + 1 Tbsp Butter
1 Tbsp Chopped Garlic
7-8 curry leaves
4-5 green chillies
2 tbsp curd
1/2 cup cream
Coriander leaves
Salt
1/2 Tsp Black Pepper Powder
Fried Chicken Pieces
Just mix till it’s combined and switch off the flame. No need to cook this!
