∙ 2 large eggs
∙ 1½ cups flour
∙ ½ teaspoon salt
∙ ½ tablespoon white pepper
∙ 1½ cups soda water
∙ 1½ tablespoon onion powder
∙ 1 tablespoon garlic flakes
∙ 1 tablespoon dried parsley
∙ ½ teaspoon turmeric
∙ 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
Creamy Mayo & Sour cream sauce

∙ ¼ cup chopped pickles

Spicy Chilli Sauce
∙ 7 dried cayenne chillies

∙ 2 tablespoons minced garlic
∙ 1½ tablespoons dried oregano
