The crispy fish is then sandwiched between two slices of a soft homemade bread roll. Paired with a smooth creamy mayo and sour cream sauce with pickles or a fiery homemade smoked chilli sauce. Soda-water batter
∙ 2 large eggs
∙ 1½ cups flour
∙ ½ teaspoon salt
∙ ½ tablespoon white pepper
∙ 1½ cups soda water
∙ 1½ tablespoon onion powder
∙ 1 tablespoon garlic flakes
∙ 1 tablespoon dried parsley
∙ ½ teaspoon turmeric
∙ 1 teaspoon cumin seeds

Creamy Mayo & Sour cream sauce

∙ 1 cup sour cream
∙ ¼ cup chopped pickles
∙ Salt & pepper

Spicy Chilli Sauce
∙ 7 dried cayenne chillies

∙ ¼ cup HOT water
∙ 2 tablespoons minced garlic
∙ 1½ tablespoons dried oregano
∙ ½ tablespoon dried thyme
∙ ¼ cup oil

∙ ½ cup tomato sauce (ketchup)
