Pomfret fish roast recipe:
Ingredients:
500g Pomfret fish,
1 tbsp Coriander Seeds,
1 tsp Cumin seeds,
1 tsp Pepper corns,
1 tsp Gram Dal,
¼ Fenugreek Seeds,
1 Sprig Curry Leaves,
8 Kashmiri Chillies,
4 Red Chillies,
6 Garlic cloves,
1 inch Ginger,
1 tbsp Mustard Oil,
2 tbsp Tamarind liquid,
1 tsp Salt,
Add water,
Grind well,

Soak for 30 to 60 mins,
Semolina for Coating,,
Oil for roasting.
