Must have for Chinese New Year! If I had known it was this easy to make, I would have tried it years ago! Happy Sunday! ๐
Reminds me of the famous โjade porkโ sculpture in the National Museum in Taibei, Taiwan.
Just like to ask please, what if you don't have any air fryer? Thanks!
Sรผ per ๐ฏ๐ฏ.
Looks great will try it in my new airfryer for Christmas, thank you and Merry Christnas everyone ๐
Sharpen that dull knife lol ๐

Got your cookbook and love it… BUT, while watching this video, I hand-wrote the recipe down to slide between the pages of the book. Yay!!! All is right in the world! (Well, maybe not the whole world, but at this moment in my little world it is and we have to take the victories when we can get them, right?) Thanks Flo and Dude!
New subscriber here in Kansas City. Grabe naglalaway ako sa tunog palang ng pagnguya very crispy talaga! I will make too if I can buy a pork billy in asian market.
i find a box cutter eg stanly knife is best to cut the skin you can set the depth of the blade so it dosnt go to deep
Have tried…but certain part of the skin not really crispy but rather rubbery?…
Can u advise why? Thks
german pork belly is better
the pork belly skin is the same as human skin that's why they use pigs to harvest human organs to save lives ๐
Today I tried no tin foil to cook my pork belly. Taste exactly the same as with tin foil. Only works if you have a good sized air fryer with two trays. One tray with holes leaking the oils and other catches the oils. Might help some of you not waste so much tin foil. You're only cooking the pork for 33 mins and under a hour. Not going to dry out on anything. The tin foil is done so many times people just don't question anything.
Crispy pork belly ,good cooking ,crispy skin ang tender juicy meat ,its so easy cooking ,watching from Philippines
'oh Mylanta!' ๐๐๐๐
there's hair on your pork
I made this for my 50th Bday Bash where a LOT of alcohol was consumed. Only thing I would comment, would be to add a spoon of bicarbonate of soda to the skin rub.
Looks delicious Flo
dude in the back is really annoying. let the lady speak and make her video in peace
Hi Flo, where did you get that gadget the tool to poke the pork skin?
yummi. the noise when scratched. that look. ๐ฅฒ
…in germany we are used to those rosted porkskins on Belly, Shoulder or the "mighty" Schweinshaxe (lower part of the leg, tradidional in the south in bavaria).
The cooking in the airfryer is interesting – the result speaks for itself. Im gonne try that out.
I would hafe done it in the oven, also @350ยฐF (which is about 180ยฐC)…but for at least 1,5 hour. Im a friend of lowtemperature cooking… but yours is soooo moisty on the inside, that i may prefer your way in shorter time.
This is mouthwatering, you just gave me the reason to cook this! Got to find the right one pork belly,Thank-you๐๐๐
I should try using tin foil as well! Thanks!
Thus will go good with Vietnamese noodle bun hoy abd fish sauce and vegggies yummy!!
Dude for a fellow Asian, your chopstick ability is pretty amateur !
Flo is a hottie ๐๐๐๐
