  1. I do a very similar cook on a gas Weber. Turn on left and right side burners on low. Or gets up to around 375-400. Skin side down over the direct heat for a few mins, then flip em skin side up Into the middle. Will flip every 15 mins till done. Sometimes a 3rd flip. Sometimes not. Works great for wings too.
