Here is the secret to a crispy skin roast pork.
3 lbs pork belly washed and cleaned
2 tbsp. grated Garlic
2 tbsp ginger grated
2 tbsp. green seasoning
1 tbsp. soy sauce
2 tsp. salt or to taste
1 tbsp brown sugar
1 tbsp. Trini jgm Chinese seasoning
1 tsp sesame oil
1 tbsp. white distilled vinegar
1 tsp salt for skin

Definitely not a lover of pork but while you were cutting that crunchy skiing, the only thought on my mind was going to the market and getting a piece of pork belly that i could crisp up. Looked and sounded amazing. Could just imagine the taste.
