Instructions and Ingredients!
cut thinly pork belly (1 lb. or more if you wish)
season with salt and black pepper (according to your taste)
add 1 – 2 tbsp cornstarch
1 tbsp vinegar
mix well
leave to marinate for 30 minutes!
dust (lightly coat) with flour before frying!
fry until golden around 4 minutes!
Perfect pulutan to mga pare koy!! or ulam na rin sa mga bagets at para kay ate!!

How long do we have to fry it for?
Hi! Do you put cornstarch and mix the pork belly in it too? And then dip it in cornstarch before frying?
