la diferencia es el corte… si es muy delgado y le das vuelta cada 2 min va a quedar como cuero de correa

Depende de la persona y no estár volteando a cada rato.
La diferencia está cuando usas carne nuy delgada, el bistec o sábana o Milanesa o cono lo conozcan. Si le das muchas vueltas a un corte delgado terminará como cartón, seco y duro.
La diferencia radica en no estar pegado en el asador para darle vuelta a cada rato.
Cada quien que decida jajaja
