  1. Milk foam custard cups
    Ingredients
    Milk custard:
    250 ml milk
    1 egg
    2 tbsp sugar
    1 tsp cornstarch
    Milk foam:
    100 ml whipping cream
    2 tbsp milk
    1 tbsp sugar
    Optional topping:
    cocoa powder OR crushed biscuit
    Steps
    1. Make silky milk custard
    Whisk egg + sugar gently (no foam).
    Add milk + cornstarch → mix smooth.
    Strain (important for silky texture).
    Pour into small cups.
    Cook:
    Microwave 30 sec → stir
    30 sec → stir
    20–30 sec until just set
    It should be soft like pudding.
    Chill 1 hour.
    2. Milk foam cloud
    Whip cream + sugar until slightly thick.
    Add milk → whisk briefly.
    Texture = pourable foam (like melted ice cream).
    3. Assemble
    Pour milk foam over chilled custard.
    Dust cocoa or biscuits on top.
