The greatest thing butchers ever did is convince people to pay extra money for a giant bone in your steak. The tomahawk is the biggest con in steak history lol.
Best bone for my dogs
I use the deer hocks to make jerky meat. Been doing that for over 30 years. Had no complaints. Just takes time on trimming. but that OK. I do all the processing myself. I trust me. Let the OCD take charge!
