Dahi Beef Masala

You need:

600g beef boneless

1/4 cup oil

1 tsp ginger garlic paste

1/2 cup yogurt

3 tbsp lemon juice 2 tbsp Meat masala

you can use any meat masalal

1 tsp Salt

1 tsp coriander powder

1 tsp cumin powder

1 tsp red chilli powder

1 tsp garam masala

2 tbsp fresh coriander mint

+Marinate beef with above mentioned spices for 1-2 hrs.

For paste:

9-10 Garlic cloves

1 inch ginger 7-8 almond

7-8 cashew

2 medium onion ( fry until golden brown) what_tocook

Grind into a fine paste.

Cooking:

In a pan or pressure cooker add oil, green cardamom, 4 cloves and cinnamon. Fry for few minutes.

Add marinated beef, fry for 5-8 mins.

+Add cashew almond paste

Bhunafy for another 8-10 mins

+Add 1.5 cup water. Cover and cook for 45-50 mins or until meat is tender.( you check after 20 mins if it needs more water to cook you can add more water)

In pressure cooker for 25 mins for soft and tender meat.

++ You can adjust the gravy by adding or drying water.

+Garnish with fresh coriander
