INGREDIENTS
2 tablespoons margarine
cooking oil
1 cream dory fillet
2 tablespoons cornstarch
1 tablespoon spring onions
1 tablespoon minced ginger
2 cloves garlic, minced
8 mussels (tahong), cleaned and debearded
8 medium prawns, cleaned
4 tablespoons Datu Puti Oyster Sauce
2 tablespoons Silver Swan Soy Sauce
2 tablespoons Silver Swan Sweet Chili Sauce
1 teaspoon hot sauce
4 medium squid
1/4 cup diced red and green bell peppers
1 cup chopped cabbage
cracked black pepper
1 to 2 tablespoons sesame oil
