I go to blackhawk technical school in Wisconsin. The tuition is like 6,000 a year. There is a lot of similarities in what we learned how to cook with these videos. I will say I think her school has a better budget for fabrication😂 as we don't do as many large cuts of meat. We did dover sole and potatoes pancakes, but not slabs of meat like you have done in some videos.
I always thought the name of the sauce was pronounced " mun YARE here in Oregon, we have salmon and Steelhead.
I have the worst time trying to cook a skin on salmon fillet properly. The skin always gets stuck to the pan. So I’m impressed you were able to cook a beautiful fillet with seemingly perfect skin without much issue. I’d pay very well to eat your cooking.
