"…..you wanna keep mama happy . ……"
😉🕊indeed. ✌️👍
Still incredible videos. BBQ Pit boys for life.
Once the turkey is out of the grease and resting is a good time to throw whatever else you want fried into the pot. Homemade potato chips are a good side. Fried green beans, maybe asparagus.
i am so jealous
Good idea to turn the gas off while the turkey is being dropped, then reignite when it's submerged.
I enjoy injecting them with a creole butter before frying.
How much oil do you need in the pot?
Another good one Boys!!!!!
How long do you rest the turkey after you pull it out?
Been watching you guys for over a decade now and YOU NEVER FAIL TO DISAPPOINT!

Excellent job your turkey looked awesome I love your channel
I have a really good Masterbuilt-made indoor turkey fryer. The model I own can fry up to a 13-pound turkey in less than one hour in less than 2 gallons of peanut oil. There are larger ones from the same company that can fry larger turkeys. You can also cook low country boils(with the oil replaced by water), etc. in them. Masterbuilt should have them on their website.

Love seeing the OG’s at the home pit!! Happy belated Thanksgiving everyone 🍻🍻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
Wonderful! Thank you for this holiday treat. Glad to see Bob again!
Air frying one is awesome too. Same kind of results with less risk of burning the house down. And yes they make propane based air fryers that can handle large meats.
Nice food and all about food
Great job guys….looks goood ….from Ontario Canada
I'm not eating any bird that has me questioning if its done. That red juice in the middle has me questioning yalls bird.
Bought a deep fried Turkey with cajun spices injected from this older black gentleman in my hometown a few days ago for Thanksgiving. 100% the most succulent, tender, and best flavored turkey I’ve ever eaten. Most white people bake turkey until the bird is begging for water, even in the afterlife lol. Deep fried is the move for sure.
Missed the old connect glad the old man is back and we'll
These guys are missing ever step for a beginner cooker

Yeah, do a video every year on how to properly deep fry a turkey. It’s a public safety video at this point. Keep up the good work!
Deep frying a 17lber tomorrow. Injected and rubbed Cajun style. Happy Thanksgiving!!

3:24 never gets old
#GOUD !
Please tell me why you didn't inject that turkey that Brine alone will not keep that flavor
"The Trick Is" ….. TURN OFF THE FLAME before you dip the bird into the oil. No Flame, No Housefire! Yes, slow. But put out the flame, dip the bird and relight the flame.
Aside from the safety stuff (Got that covered) are there any other tips for deep frying?
Recipe I found said to cook to 151, then let it rest for 30 mins and the carryover will bring it up to proper temp.
That turkey🦃 looks very moist and some-kinda-good. Happy Thanksgiving
