Almond Flour bread
Ingredients:
– 5 eggs
– 5 tbs olive or avocado oil
– 1 tbs keto maple syrup
– 1 tsp apple cider vinegar (helps bread rise)
– 1.75 cups almond flour, super fine (I used Kirkland Almond flour)
– 1/2 tsp baking soda
– 1/4 tsp salt
Steps:
– Preheat oven to 350F
– Beat the eggs, then add in the vinegar, oil, and maple syrup
– Add the dry ingredients and mix everything together until thick
– Pour into parchment-lined loaf pan (I used a glass 8.5×5.5 one)
– Bake at 350F for 35-40 minutes or until golden brown.
– Take out and let cool on cooling rack, peel pack the parchment paper so bottom doesn’t get soggy.
– This is gluten free and keto friendly.
– Store in the fridge

Girl!!! This bread is so DAMN good, especially with butter and sea salt!! Does NOT taste like eggs and has an amazing texture! I would bake for 42 minutes tho. No weird ass taste either 😊
