  1. Steve, this looks incredible. Ive been wanting to try a pesto vodka sauce lately, using pesto instead of red sauce for the vodka sauce. But I bet using this zucchini sauce instead of pesto would be just as good.

  2. I've been watching your videos for close to a year now and this is the first recipe i've tried at home! It was amazing and super easy tbh, great idea!

    I crisped up some pancetta bits in the pan and grilled the zucchinis in the leftover fat and also added lemon juice. It was perfect!

  3. I always put dried mint into meatballs, meatloaf and even meat sauce for pasta! It's so good, not at all minty and if you're using ground turkey it takes away any weird "turkey taste"! A Mediterranean kitchen staple! I'm subscribing! ❤

  4. Now the liberals are after the chef! You’re the boss, the big cheese do what you want with the leftover vegetables throw them in the trash give them away. Donate them to the hungry, but don’t let the liberals get them.
