I was at a WITO (Women in the outdoors) event, and they served us chicken salad this way, and my first thought was.. fruit in a chicken salad!!??.. so I was prepared to not like it. But after taking a couple bites, I was like Mmmmmm.. this is really good!! I'm eager to make your recipe which I'm sure I will enjoy!!
Yes, I've had chicken salad like this from Arby's except they used pecans. Kroger only adds grapes but it's still similar…

Sounds strange but itโs absolutely delicious! And even if youโre not crazy about that fruit in something savory (no raisins in the potato salad though ๐) this is completely different and is definitely enjoyable! Panera has this Napa Almond Chicken Sandwich and itโs yummy! I went outside my comfort zone and was blown away with how much I enjoyed it! Iโm going to try it Gina Young style and I just know itโll be awesome! Thank you for sharing Gina! ๐

I love mines this way, but I use pecans and boiled eggs sometimes.
