WOW – Happy Fathers Day!!!
I am so glad you started a kettle series
Hello from South Carolina…..Great cook!
Looks killer!
A kettle grill is my go to for anything rib. Last Christmas I did a whole slab of beef dino ribs on my Weber. Stupid good. And a kettle grill holds temps like you wouldn't believe. Invest in a good thermometer (if yours doesn't already have one) and install on the vent side of the lid.
Looking awesome
OMG… I’ve cooked this several times and OMG, a crowd pleaser. Thank yo so much for your variety of smokes. Let’s get smok’n!

Awesome stuff, dude
I want spice blends that do not have salt…I want to be able to control the sodium.
Amazing video!!!!! I love pellet grills and offset smokers but there is a real magic to ribs smoked on a kettle grill. Thanks so much for posting!
I did just pick 3 slabs of ribs today. I guess I'll try this
