①レンジで簡単オムライス 【材料(1人分)】 ・ご飯 1膳分 ・ウインナー 適量 ・ケチャップ 大さじ2 ・コンソメ 小さじ1/2 ・卵 2個 ・マヨネーズ 大さじ1 ・牛乳(または水) 小さじ1 ・塩こしょう 少々 ・チーズ お好みで 【作り方】 1. 耐熱皿にご飯を入れ、ウインナーをキッチンバサミで切り入れる。 2. ケチャップとコンソメを加えてよく混ぜ、平らに整える。上にチーズをのせる。 3. ボウルに卵・マヨネーズ・牛乳・塩こしょうを入れて混ぜ、②の上に流しかける。 4. ふんわりラップをし、600Wの電子レンジで約2分30秒加熱する。 5. 仕上げにケチャップをかけて完成。 ―――――――――― ②レンジで簡単オムそば 【材料(1人分)】 ・卵 2個 ・もやし 適量 ・焼きそば麺 1袋 ・豚バラ肉 4〜5枚 ・付属のソース 約半分 〜お好みで〜 ・ソース ・マヨネーズ ・かつお節 ・青のり 【作り方】 1. お皿にラップを大きめに敷き、その上に卵を割り入れて溶きほぐす。 2. もやしと焼きそば麺をのせてほぐし、平らに広げる。付属のソースを半量ほどかける。 (先に麺をレンチンしておけばほぐしやすくなります。) 3. 豚バラ肉を上に並べ、全体を包むようにラップをかける。 4. 600Wの電子レンジで約5分加熱する。 5. 加熱後、上のラップを外し、手早く半分に折りたたむ。下のラップを抜き取る。 6. お好みでソースやマヨネーズ、かつお節、青のりをかけて完成。 ※加熱時間は機種により調整してください。 source

Looks great! One thing I really like is that u say to use only a tiny pinch of five-star powder. Many cooks use way too much five star, which can easily overpower the dish. A pinch is all u need.
