Today I am sharing a restaurant style Veg Noodles recipe. The simple recipe can be made in minutes if all the ingredients are handy.
*** Toss the all the ingredients only on High Flame
– Do not over cook the Veggies
– Try to Sesame oil (if available)
– I have used Aromat Powder instead of Ajinomoto. You can replace or skip accordingly.
Ingredients;
Noodles- 200 gms(cook with salt and bit a Oil)
3 tbsp oil
1 cup Shredded Cabbage
1/2 cup Capsicum
1/4 cup Carrot
1 Onion Slices
2 Green Chilli Choppings
1/4 cup Spring onion Choppings
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Black pepper
1 tsp Aromat Powder
1/4 tsp Sugar
1 tsp White pepper
1 tsp Dark Soya Sauce
1/2 tbsp Vinegar
