gluten free desi pasta recipe for dinner, healthy gluten free indian style pasta is a perfect meal for dinner. Currently, I am living in an Airbnb in Brisbane with my family. I found a local convenience store where I found this pasta and used the ingredients I sourced from the farmers market. Through these videos I wanted to let you know that cooking is fun and easy to do while vacationing plus you get to eat the right food….I meant food will be more healthier when you cook with the right ingredients. I also visited a local farmers market and got to meet some amazing people. I have shared more on my

Ingredients:
1 package pasta
1 tbsp sea salt
2 tbsp cold pressed coconut oil
5-6 garlic cloves chopped
1 onion, chopped
1 tsp sea salt
3 tomatoes, chopped
a splash of water
1 carrot, chopped
1 tsp chilli powder, 1 tsp red chilli flakes, 1 tsp garam masala, 1/2 tsp black pepper powder
1/2 capsicum chopped
coriander leaves.
Note: can add in a squeeze of lemon or ACV if you prefer.
Can add in greens of your choice.

Mam I need ur suggestion…if we combine Ragi flour with dates , walnuts ,pumpkin seeds and fig and consuming it as ragi malt without adding milk.. is it leads to put on weight ?? If it is good for weight loss can I consume it daily in the nights before 8PM??
