The Famous Dessert has a very spongy light cake base and a cream layer topped with a simple caramel topping! Once you know how is easy it is to make, you will make this every day!
This easy cake recipe is just the perfect quick recipe for a tasty party dessert! Impress everyone!

♣️ Ingredients

For the Cake –
3 large eggs
Plain Flour 100g (3/4 cup 1tbsp)
Sugar 100g (1/2 cup)
Baking powder 1tsp
Vanilla extract 1tsp

For the Caramel topping –
Sugar 150g (3/4 cup)
Water 1/2 cup (120ml)
Corn flour mixture (corn flour 1tbsp with 1/4 cup cold water)

For the Cream Layer –
Double cream or whipping cream 1 cup (240ml)

Pan size 13x19x6 cm

Bake in a preheated Oven at 170c (338f) for 25-30 minutes.
