夏にぴったりの本格ポークカレーです。甘酸っぱくてサラサラしたスープ。初めて食べる人は西洋料理と思って食べると良いかも。 ▼最後にでてくる愛鳥ほ〜ちゃんの親バカアカウントは @インコのほーちゃん Instagram : 材料（4人分）　・豚かたまり肉（肩ロースがおすすめ） 500g 　・玉ねぎ 1個（200g）　・トマト 1個（100g）　・にんにく　3かけ　・しょうが　1かけ　・バルサミコ酢　大さじ2（代用できる酢は動画内で）　・油大さじ１　　・砂糖　小さじ1 　・塩小さじ1 　・水　200ml 　ホールスパイス　・カルダモン　5個　・クローブ　5個　・シナモン　5cm 　・ブラックカルダモン 1個　・ベイリーフ 1枚　・マスタードシード　小さじ1/2 　パウダースパイス　・コリアンダーパウダー　大さじ1 　・パプリカ小さじ2 　・クミンパウダー小さじ2 　・チリペッパー小さじ1/2 　・ターメリック小さじ1/4 　・ブラックペッパー小さじ1/4 1. 油を入れてホールスパイスを中火で熱する。 2. マスタードシードの跳ねが収まってきたら玉ねぎ、にんにく、しょうがを加えて中火で炒める 3. 玉ねぎが焦茶色になったらトマトを加えペースト状になるまで弱火で炒める 4. パウダースパイス、塩、砂糖、酢、肉、水を加えて中火にかける。沸騰したら弱火にし蓋をして10分加熱する。 5. 最後に塩で味を調える（とても重要） ★肉をほろほろにする場合…
