Dhaka Chicken
Ingredients:
• Boneless chicken – 1 kg
• Sesame seeds – 1 cup
• Chaat masala – 1 teaspoon
• Mustard paste – 1 tablespoon
• Vinegar – 1 tablespoon
• Black pepper – 1 tablespoon
• Salt – 1 teaspoon
• Baking powder – ½ teaspoon
• Ground all spice powder – ½ teaspoon
• Paprika powder – ½ teaspoon
• Garlic paste – 1 teaspoon
• Oil – as required
Method:
Marinate the chicken pieces with all the spices, mustard paste, vinegar, and garlic paste. Leave for 30 minutes.
Heat oil in a wok. Coat the marinated chicken pieces with sesame seeds and deep fry until golden and crispy.
Serve hot with chutney or sauce.
