-2pcs chopped onions
-sliced ginger
-50g butter
-1head chopped garlic
-1 and 1/2Tbsp soy sauce
-1/2cup banana ketchup
-1/4cup hot sauce
-4.5Tbsp light brown sugar
-4.5Tbsp honey
-1 and 1/2 Tbsp garlic powder
-1 Tbsp chili flakes (optional)
-squid broth
-1Tbsp calamansi juice

  3. This is an awesome video! I'm from Hawaii but went on vacation several times to the Philippines and visited family particularly in the locos and Laoag City area. We visited the night market several years ago in Laoag City with relatives and they bought enough squid to feed at least two to three families. The smell of the frying onion, garlic and other ingredients mixed with the squid was so good and the taste was awesome. This brings back very good memories of the Philippines and can't wait to go back! Thank you for sharing, salamat from Hawaii! 💙 🇺🇸 🇵🇭
