  1. Seems nice. Only with the amounts you use, I'm really not satisfied. I need about double. Which brings the total of calories at about 500. Which is still very nice.
    For those who want to lose weight, but cannot get used to such recipies, it's okay to have a bit of light mayo in place of a bit of the yogurt. Better add 30 calories and keep your diet, than stop altogether 🙂
