Ingredients & Process:
¼ Cup Sabudana
Soak For 10 Min.
Wash Well
1 Tbsp Ghee In A Pan
3 Tbsp Cashew Nuts
3 Tbsp Almond
Roast For 30 Sec.
2 Tbsp Raisin
¼ Cup Makhana
Roast For 1 Min.
Keep Aside
1 Tbsp Ghee
½ Cup Vermicelli
Roast For 2-3 Min.
Washed Sago/ Sabudana
Roast For 2 Min.
1 Liter Milk
Mix Well
Let It Boil
Cook For 4-5 Min.
Add Roasted Vermicelli & Nuts
¼ Cup Condensed Milk
¼ Cup Sugar
Some Soaked Saffron
Mix Well
Stir Occasionally
Cook For 4-5 Min. In Medium Low Heat
