Stupid and wasteful! I tear off 2inch strips of foil from the roll. I wrap these strips around the pie.

These are great shorts. Most of the tips here are not at all new to me but I appreciate that they may be new to many other people. We didn't have help like this when I was a young person and just learning to cook. ATC really comes through with TESTED recipes that never fail.
