pancakes soufflé japonais en français :
-2 jaunes d'oeuf
-1.5 c.a.s de lait
-1/2 c.a.c de vanille
–rajouter 3 c.a.s de farine
-1/2 c.a.c de levure
bien melanger
dans un plat appart :
-monter 3 blancs d'oeuf en neige
avec une demi c.a.c de vinaigre
et 25 gramme de sucre
incorporer petit a petit les deux mixture
cuire sur une poele huilé chaude des deux côtés environ
