  2. Different spices but what's good about this is the simplicity no need to cook at high heat because the boiling cooked it almost through and 2 cooking cycles 30 min each put it in and forget about it no burning.

  3. I'm gonna try this method n recipe . Love pork belly. I will deviate slightly by saving the water used to boil the meat n, reduce it down till the fatty goodness remains n use it to baste and drizzle after it's grilled.

  4. I love learning and cooking international food. The crunchy pork I had in a Filipino restaurant was really good. I loved it. There was another sauce that the crunchy pork went with. It was delicious. I can't remember what it was. I do plan on making this crunchy pork at home. Cooking is my hobby so wish me luck.๐Ÿ˜
