200 g (1 cup) sugar

Its acually reallly good but when it was cooled its stayed so sticky i could not touch it i added flour it worked so gudπ

This is simply a simple version of Turkish delight.
This was so fun to make!! Sadly it took us a while to get but we just kept turning the temperature up and it worked for us.

tried it and the texture was not becoming thick and instead it was really runny i put it in the freezer and iβll see if it becomes the same cosisteny as shown in the video
