How to make a soft and fluffy Morning Milk Buns almost without kneading just stretching and folding the dough.

Here’s what you’ll need:
1 cup warm milk (250ml)
1 large egg or 1/4 cup plain yogurt if you’re allergic to eggs
3 tbsp sugar (45g)
1 tsp salt (5g)
1/4 cup melted butter (unsalted, you can use salted but adjust the salt according to the saltiness of your butter.)
3 and 1/4 cup all purpose flour (400g)
3 tablespoons milk powder (full cream or skimmed)
2 and 1/4 tsp instant yeast (7g)
Eggwash: 1 egg + 2 tbsp milk

Baking time will depend on your oven specification.
