1. Tofu Cheesecake Recipe: 1 box silken tofu, 2 slices American cheese (optional), 2 eggs, 35g cake flour or cornstarch, 50g sugar, 1 tsp vanilla extract (optional). Blend all the ingredients until smooth. Pour the mixture into 12 cup cake cups. Bake at 335F for 30 to 35 minutes until the cakes are fully set. Chill in the refrigerator for a better taste.
