Watching from Australia..
Too salty for me, it was probably my fault. I added amino acids instead of soy sauce and a teaspoon of salt is a little much.

Husband loved it 🤩
Made it and it wasn't bad but it wasn't like that of fried chicken. Big difference but still ok.
Making it right now ❤
Is that canned or fresh pineapple juice? I feel fresh pineapple would tenderize/dissolve the meat too much and turn it to mush.
Thank you for the share! I seen the post this morning and just made it for my son and I 🙂 You are so right about it being so tender and full of flavor! I am deffently sharing with my daughters! Love from South Carolina.

Tried it, with about 3 pounds of chicken. It turned out the boneless skinless thighs had salt added. I would not use any salt. I might have started with too much juice. I added a small amount of fine chopped onion. And at the end I added 3 chopped pineapple rings and probably 2+ table spoons of honey . Pretty good!! Would do again. The chopped pineapple was a good add. Dillingham, Alaska.
So… any idea how long it takes for the juice to dissipate?
will making for dinner! Quebec Canada. prob will use maple syrup instead and honey

Glasgow Scotland, Hi l am Peter, just cooked your delightful recipe, thank you so much X
I made this today with full sized drumsticks. It was a hit with my family. At the end, I threw in a small bag of frozen broccoli florets. Felt like I needed some veggies. Broccoli tasted great in the sauce too.

Pittsburgh! That looks great. I'm definitely going to make it!
No need to add that 1 teaspoon of salt. Maybe 1/4 teaspoon of salt or less would have been plenty. The soy sauce is plenty of salty taste.
Can i get recipes
I tried with regular drum sticks and it was very good. I used spicy brown mustard. Thanks for sharing. Ohio
I tried this, but pineapple juice did not evaporate.
too salty – next time I would omit the salt as the soy sauce is enough salt.
I made this it is amazing
