Is there a sous vide approach that would work for this? If so, what temp and for how long? Seems like this would potentially also work in a mason jar.
Doesn't work. Somehow it's all gone before I can put them in the jar.
Just my opinion, but that's a lot of work to turn something I personally dislike into something different that I may not like much more.
