Ripe bananas 2 (peeled 280g)
Active dry yeast 3g(1tsp)
Salt 3g(1/2tsp)
Egg 1
Bread or all-purpose flour 350g(2cups+1/3cup)
Unsalted butter 28g(2tbsp)
Raisins 80g(1/2cup)

375 F/190 C bake for 15-20 minutes

  1. I’ve done it twice few weeks ago, and I’m baking it agin for the 3rd time, my family loves it and as they didn’t like raisin, cranberries were used and turned out a popular bread for our bfast! Thanks Author! I like the way you make your video, using demonstrating and no talking makes the reader easier to follow!

  2. I just made this. I'm confused as my dough is not growing enough. 😭 The only difference is I don't put raisins. And my dough is dry 😭. Not sure either is it because of the flour or the yeast. 😭 It's so tiring because I have to knead it manually 😭 and bread does not perform 😭 . Right now waiting for it (baking)
