I have notice for a long time it tastes betters after sitting there a while
Same with beer/white wine/champagne/rose. If you can't enjoy it at room temperature then it tastes bad, making it cold hides the bad taste.
They suggest you to drink it quick also to make you fck off sooner in order to have as many customers a day as possible.

I don't agree with this. If your espresso tastes bad at room temperature, it doesn't mean that it's bad espresso. If you want espresso that's a little bit bitter hot, it's going to have to be very bitter at room temperature. It's the same way that ice cream has to be very sweet at room temperature to have the right level of sweetness when frozen. You should tune the taste of a food or drink for the temperature at which it's meant to be served.
