Why does the girl gotta be wearing a bathing suit. Eww gross. Some people try to shield there eyes.
She's beautiful but it's distracting from the smoothie recipe " she's not fully clothe"?. You don't need to be half naked to show your Beauty. This felt like a way to sell the recipe.
here's a few things for ways to lose weight naturally
using smoothie detox.
For the All-About-the-Berries Smoothie, you will need
1 1/2 cups Berry Mix (Blueberries, Raspberries, Blackberries)
1/2 cup Coconut Milk
1 cup Purified Water
1/8 cup rolled oats
Here is what you will need for the Cocoa Bliss Smoothie
1 tbsp Dark Cocoa Powder
1/2 cup Coconut Milk
1/2 cup Strawberries
1 cup Ice (if during warmer months)
