Rich in flavours, it’s a delicious energy drink, you can enjoy small portions of these milkshake
Measurements for 4 small servings:-
For Soaking(4 hours):-
• 10-12 almonds
• 10-12 pistachios
• 12-14 cashew nuts
• 1 tsp sunflower seeds
• 10-12 pitted dates
• 1/2 tsp cardamom powder
• Some saffron strands
• Milk 250ml
– While blending, add lots of Ice cubes (sugar if you like an extra sweet milkshake), for my taste pallets sweetness from dates are enough ☺️
– Add more 150-200ml milk & ice cubes to get the desired consistency, enjoy ☺️
