  2. As a native Memphian, I can confirm, that is an authentic Memphis-style rub. I skip the oregano and thyme and do 3 parts paprika, 1 part chipotle chili powder. It adds a smoky flavor that balances nicely with the brown sugar.

    If you want more of a mole flavor, add a little bit of cinnamon and dutched cocoa powder too! (Chili seasoning is basically the same thing as rib rub.)

  3. Definitely enjoyed the video, but um, do you think we could get a simplified version of the ingredients? Maybe with table or teaspoons…? Sorry but , I don't have anything I can measure grams with.
