This bread is even better with a teaspoon of Bread MSG – Diastatic Malt Powder. A $15 bag will last you for 200+ loaves and it's fuckin rad. You can use this same technique for other breads like baguettes, hoagie rolls etc – your friends will think you're some sort of bread Wizard it's awesome.
