Eewwwwwww!!! It is obvious you are a box cook. You wouldn't know good if it slapped you in the face. And where in the hell did you get those mashed potatoes? Noone likes instant potatoes. Especially a man working a solid 8-10 hour day. If my wife made this, I would be going out after getting home!!!

Chef tip: I would add a cup of beef broth or stock with a corn starch slurry to thicken the gravy and maybe some cut carrots to slightly sweeten the acidity and make the dish balanced with vegetables. Otherwise, I believe this is a spectacular recipe.
Justine, this looks soooo good. when i make this i will brown the meat, add some minced fresh garlic and a cup of Malbec as it is an excellent tenderizer for tougher cuts of meat. keep em coming cutie!
