JERK MARINATED RECIPE

INGREDIENTS
• 2-3 Fresno Chili, Scotch Bonnet, or habanero peppers (Chopped, include the seeds if you like it spicy)
• 2 tsp Allspice
• 4 tbsp Soy Sauce
• 2 tbsp Lime Juice
• 2 tbsp Brown Sugar
• 1 tsp Black Pepper
• 1 tsp Salt
• ½ cup Red Onion (Chopped)
• 2 tsp Cinnamon Powder
• 1 tsp Nutmeg (Grated)
• 2 tsp Ginger (Grated)
• 6-8 (20 grams) Clove Garlic
• 2 tsp Dried Thyme
• 2 tbsp Avocado Oil

INSTRUCTIONS
• Blend all of the ingredients in a food processor or blender.
• Chill it in the refrigerator if you want to use it later.

JERK CHICKEN RECIPE

INGREDIENTS
• 8 Pieces Chicken Thighs
• 1 cup Jerk Marinated sauce

INSTRUCTIONS
• Rub the chicken with the jerk-marinated sauce all over and under the skin. Place them in a sealed plastic bag.
• Marinate in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours.
• Air-fry the jerk chicken for 20-25 minutes at 350 °F.
• Place the leftover marinated sauce in a saucepan and allow it to boil.
• Set the heat to low and simmer for 10 minutes. 
• Taste: the sauce needs extra seasoning such as salt, soy sauce, or lime juice. 
• Pour the sauce over the chicken when serving.
