For the first time in my life, I hv summoned up my courage to make bread rolls. I followed your recipe and it turned out nicely. I didn't use the stand mixer tho.Now I feel confident to be more creative with the dough. Thank u so much.
I would mix those up on the dough cycle of my bread machine. I have two Kitchen Aid stand mixers. Easier if you use the bread machine on the dough cycle. Thumbs up on the recipe.
