Easy and Moist Pumpkin Bread Recipe
This homemade pumpkin loaf is so easy to make and best of all, stays moist until itโs all gone! Feel free to add in nuts to it as well or even put a glaze on top. Double the recipe if you want two loaves ๐

๐INGREDIENTS:
โพ๏ธ1 cup self-rising flour
โพ๏ธ1/2 tsp baking powder
โพ๏ธ1/2 tsp cinnamon
โพ๏ธ1/4 tsp nutmeg
โพ๏ธ1/2 tsp pumpkin spice
โพ๏ธ1 cups granulated sugar
โพ๏ธ1/2 cup vegetable oil
โพ๏ธ2 eggs, room temp
โพ๏ธ1/2 a 15 oz can pumpkin puree (about 7-8 ounces)
Bake at 350 degrees for 45-50 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean

Oh bummer I mixed the sugar with the flour instead of with the eggs and oil. ๐ฎ๐คฆ๐ปโโ๏ธoh well it's in the oven now! ๐
Instead of sugar I added 1 banana and 1 spoon of dates syrup ( for people who have diet no sugar ) ๐๐ป

I just made 2 loaves. Ones going to my daughter and grandkids. I cant wait to taste it! Its baking right now. ๐ And so what if it ain't fall. I like it any time of yr. ๐
I just tried this bread recipe for the first time and it came out amazing. I changed half the amount of flour to chickpea flour as an experiment and it works great. Adds onto the nut flavor and a more crumbly texture. I also added chopped sunflower seeds, pepita's, and walnuts. Add in's are a must for me. Oh and I did use coconut nut oil instead of Vegetable oil, for those wondering if you can, yes you definitely can use coconut oil as a substitute. Thank you for sharing this recipe, I will absolutely make this again.
P.s. I also planted the pumpkin seeds in the side of my house so we shall see how many pumpkins I get out of making this one bread. Free Pumpkins!
My favorite pie nobody can make for some reason but it's sour cream and raisin pie they used to call them desperation pies during the Great depression. I have a 1962 Ladies home journal cookbook I waited for years for this book and my Mom finally gave it to me it's got so many unusual pies in it. I can't say I've tried them all but I've tried at least half of them.

Very much for this recipe. I made it with a few substitutions instead of white sugar. I used a cup of maple syrup. I also made flax eggs. It is cooking right now.
