Here is the perfect way to get you started.
Ingredients:
1 Avocado
1 Mango
1 Bowl of Steamed Rice
2 Tablespoon of Rice Vinegar
1 Sushi Nori seaweed sheet (Available at Amazon)
Sushi Mat to roll sushi (Available at Amazon)
First you need to cut the avocado into thin slices.
Next, you need to slice the mangos.
Get a bowl of steamed rice.
Add 2 Tablespoon of Rice Vinegar
Make Sure to Mix it well.
Lay your sushi mat on your table.
Place a nori sheet, the shiny side must face down.
Spread rice onto the sheet in a thin layer.
Next, lay your avocado and mango on top of the Steamed rice layer.
Starting from the edge of the Sushi Mat, Roll it tightly.
Using a very sharp knife, gently slice the sushi into rounds.
That’s it guys, Your Avocado Mango Sushi Roll is ready for you to eat.
You can also enjoy this sushi roll with a side of low sodium soy sauce, or coconut amino’s for dipping.
