my 11yr old daughter attempted to make this bread, since its all of our family's favorite banana bread recipe. however, she only used 1/2 cup of flour. is there a way to salvage this? its been in the oven for an hour but now learning her mistake, after reviewing the video again. its browned but not risen; how can we save this recipe in a different way to consume so that we don't trash it.

I make your pizza dough all the time. So here is a hack for you.
This is a hack I hope will help. I am an amputee and I cook all the time, it is very hard for me to handle Saran Wrap, so I buy the jumbo size plastic bags that ladies put on their hair to color it. They will even fit over a 16" size pizza pan it is easy to handle. Try it !! I use them to cover my bowl when I bake bread, when I store leftovers any other uses. 6to a bag can rinse and reuse.
I made this again tonight, it's my husband's favorite, he likes it with pecans added, have made this so many times and it always comes out perfect! Thanks for this great recipe.
