Below are the Ingredients you will need:

For the base:
– 125g unsalted butter
– 300g digestive biscuits
– 100g soft brown sugar

For the filling:
– 100g unsalted butter
– 100g soft brown sugar
– 400g condensed milk
(This is to make the caramel, but you can also just buy a can of caramel)

For the topping:
– 2 tbsp icing sugar
– 300ml of double cream
– 1 tsp of vanilla extract (optional)
