  2. Just made some beef stew the end of last week. It's some good stuff. Your pot looks yummy. I like mine a little thicker so I added a slurry of flour and water to my pot after I seared my beef, and sauteed my veggies, except the potatoes, after adding the beef broth and a little water. I put mine in the oven covered. I love that there is more than one way to make dishes. I didn't have any red wine but had red wine vinegar to deglaze. Hopefully, folks get that you use what you have. ๐Ÿ˜‰ *"Dear be careful to not use the same gloved hand you used to touch the meat that you used to touch every seasoning you used.
